Indonesian institution and Japanese support body; begin co-trained hiring; first cohort of 100 workers in construction and care.
YEAR 02 — 300
Deepen post-arrival support
Systematize post-arrival Japanese and certification training; build out driving school integration for logistics; stable annual operation at 300.

Scale supply
Stable supply across construction, care, and logistics; add local training hubs and refine sector-specific curricula.

Return × cross-border expansion
Workers who built experience in Japan return home and continue their careers locally. At the same time, we support client expansion into Indonesia — new branches, new markets. People, sites, and businesses themselves move between Japan and Indonesia.
Year 05 and beyond

Post-return employment and entrepreneurship support, introductions to Japanese-affiliated companies, and care/logistics business launch support in Indonesia — making the talent pipeline give back to the home country.
